Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation of payment.

• Delivery Time:

  • South India: 3–5 working days

  • North & East India: 5–7 working days

  • Remote areas: Up to 10 working days

• Courier Partners: BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, or other reliable logistics partners.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹2,000.

  • For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied.

International Shipping

• Processing Time: 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Asia Region (Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, etc.): 7–10 working days

  • Europe & USA: 10–15 working days

  • Rest of the World: 12–20 working days

• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight and destination. Displayed during checkout.

• Customs & Duties:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

• Tracking: All international orders will receive a tracking ID after dispatch.
